Order a genealogy report

Placing the order takes about 5 minutes. After you order, you don't need to request any certificates yourself.

We order the certificates from all relevant registers in one go, verify the documents and send them to you. Completion speed depends on the registers' processing times, but you save time because we order everything at once. You typically receive the complete set of certificates in 2–6 weeks.

We send a separate invoice for the registers' document fees when we deliver the genealogy report, billed at actual cost (typically 120–250 € in a straightforward case, and 400–800 € for a childless and unmarried deceased), and you can pay it from the estate's funds. You would pay the same document fees if you ordered them yourself, and when ordering from us you don't pay for any unnecessary certificate.

With a single order, you receive every certificate the genealogy report requires for the deceased, the spouse and all heirs.

We need this information because it determines the deceased's range of heirs.

Has any of the deceased's direct heirs died before the deceased?
If a direct heir died before the deceased, their own descendants need a separate certificate chain. This widens the report.

Does any heir intend to renounce their inheritance?
If an heir renounces their inheritance, we also need a genealogy report for that person. You can update this later through the order confirmation if the situation changes.

If the deceased was married, we also need details about the spouse during the marriage.

Has the deceased or any heir lived in Sweden?
If the deceased or spouse has lived in Sweden, or an heir lives in Sweden, certificates are needed from either Riksarkivet or Skatteverket. We handle these orders for you.
